Architectural design was implemented by Norr Group Consultants International Ltd., with main construction by China Railway 18th Bureau Group. Initially planned to be managed under the Ramada Plaza brand, it was later changed to First Collection Jumeirah Village Circle upon its completion in 2021. The project received recognition as 'Hotel of the Future' at the id Design Awards and 'Leisure and Hospitality Project of the Year' at the Middle East Architect Awards. The tower offers an infinity pool, various restaurants, a dedicated concierge service, valet parking, laundry services, a business centre, and outdoor recreation areas. Located in District 14, the tower provides connectivity to Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Barsha Road, and Al Khail Road. The location offers convenient access to Circle Mall and JSS International School, with Al Maktoum International Airport approximately 20 minutes away.
