Jumeirah Heights Fronds was an off-plan residential project by Nakheel planned for the Jumeirah Heights community. It was designed to feature 1420 apartments and 13 villas. The development was envisioned to include multiple 27-storey residential buildings. Planned amenities encompassed a fitness center, swimming pool, and a shopping mall. Construction for the broader Jumeirah Heights community began in 2006. The Jumeirah Heights Fronds project, specifically Frond A and Frond B, was subsequently cancelled. New developments have since been launched on the land originally designated for these fronds.
