Oceana Adriatic was developed by Seven Tides International as part of the seven-tower Oceana Residences complex on the trunk of Palm Jumeirah. The project was completed in 2009.
Residents of Oceana Adriatic have access to a private 230-metre sandy beach, an infinity swimming pool, a lazy river, and a fully equipped gymnasium through membership to the Regatta Club. The complex also features a children's play area, sauna, and steam rooms.
The building is located within a designated freehold zone on Palm Jumeirah, meaning foreign nationals can purchase property in the building with full ownership rights.
While there is no direct metro station on Palm Jumeirah, residents can access the Palm Monorail from the Gateway Station at the island's entrance. The monorail connects to the Dubai Tram and the Dubai Metro Red Line at stations such as Dubai Internet City.
