Description
Kensington Royale was an off-plan residential project in Dubai Sports City by Middle East Development, featuring 248 apartments. The development was planned as an 18-storey tower (G+18) offering studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units. Construction commenced in June 2009, with the structure reaching full height. The project was intended to include ground-floor retail, offices, and hotel-serviced apartments, alongside a dedicated gymnasium floor, jacuzzi, and swimming pool. RERA cancelled the project at approximately 75% completion, with the last report in June 2019. The building is located within the Dubai Sports City community, near the 25,000-seat Cricket Stadium and The Els Club championship golf course. It also offered access to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road.
