Description
German Supreme Tower 2 was an off-plan residential project by Pyamod Developers in Jumeirah Village Circle, offering 132 apartments. The project was planned as a 15-storey building with studios, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom apartments. It featured 13 standard apartment floors, a ground floor, two penthouse levels, and three basement parking levels. Pyamod Developers intended to incorporate German architecture and materials from certified German manufacturers. Amenities were designed to include a rooftop health club, Jacuzzi, gym, sauna, pool, spa, steam room, daycare center, and children's play area. The location in JVC provides access to over 30 parks, and is approximately 15 minutes from Palm Jumeirah, 17 minutes from Burj Al Arab, and 20 minutes from Dubai Mall. Construction for the project began in March 2024, with a promised completion date of June 2027. However, the project has since been cancelled, and a new development, Uniestate Supreme Tower, was launched on the same plot.
