Dubai Lagoon Lily was an off-plan residential project in Dubai Lagoon, Dubai Investment Park, planned by Xanadu Real Estate Development to feature 688 apartments. Originally part of the larger Dubai Lagoon master development launched by Schon Properties in 2005, the Lily Zone's construction began in January 2009. The project was designed to include studio, one, two, three, and four-bedroom apartments within mid-rise buildings. Xanadu Real Estate Development took over the Lily Zone in 2017, with an estimated handover date of September 2020. However, the Dubai Land Department marked the broader Dubai Lagoon project, including Lily Zone, as "under cancellation" in late 2023 after significant delays. Construction has largely stalled, leaving many investors in uncertainty regarding their investments. The development is situated near the Dubai Investment Park Metro Station and offers access to Sheikh Zayed Road. Nearby educational facilities include Bright Riders School Dubai and The International School of Choueifat DIP.
