Dubai Lagoon - Lotus offers apartments for sale in Dubai Investments Park, a residential complex by Schon Properties. Schon Properties launched the broader Dubai Lagoon development, which includes Lotus, in 2005, envisioning 53 mid-rise buildings with over 4,000 units. The Lotus component itself was planned to feature 8 low-rise buildings, offering studios, one- to four-bedroom apartments, and penthouses, with sizes from 400 to 4,400 sq ft. The project was designed around man-made lagoons and included underground basement parking. Despite initial phases selling out quickly and various attempts to restart construction, the Dubai Land Department marked the entire Dubai Lagoon project as "under cancellation" in October 2023. This status followed years of delays, with initial handovers promised as early as 2007 and later revised to June 2020 for Lotus. Located in Dubai Investments Park, the site is leasehold until 2095 and is near educational institutions like The International School of Choueifat DIP and Bright Riders School.
